Birthday and the Beach

David Lim

Its been quite the hiatus for me. I hadn't realized how long it has been since I've made a post. Hopefully with the weather starting to get nicer, I'll be able to go out and shoot more. Our beloved brother Eric had a birthday a couple weeks ago and to celebrate we went down to the shore. Yes, in April, we decided to go to the beach and I must say it was amazing!

Thanksgiving with the Family

David

I am grateful for what I am and have. My thanksgiving is perpetual…O how I laugh when I think of my vague indefinite riches. No run on my bank can drain it, for my wealth is not possession but enjoyment.
— Henry David Thoreau

This Thanksgiving I was lucky enough to spend it with my family. Sitting around waiting for dinner we decided out of the blue to dress up and take family pictures on a perfect sunny day. We walked out to the field next to the entrance of our complex and without caring about the onlookers we had fun. Maybe we were a little ridiculous, but it was a blast and I can't wait until we do it again. This is a perfect reminder why I got into photography in the first place. To make and capture memories. What a great Thanksgiving.

Happy Halloween

David

Happy early Halloween! I thought I'd take this time I have from Hurricane Sandy to put up a quick post. For those who can't figure out what Hannah and I are supposed to be, she's a Hawaiian girl and I am a boxer. Together we're Hawaiian Punch! Hope everyone stays safe from the storm!
